Instructions:

If the payment for your Sponsored Child was unsuccessful because your card expired or because you are using a prepaid card (i.e. Revolut or Bank of Cyprus online shopping card) and you forgot to top-up just follow the simple steps below:

1. Press the orange button   Confirm Amount   

2. Push 'Log In',then press 'Log In with Email' and complete your email and the password you chose when you signed-up for our Child Sponsorship program.

3. If you don't remember your password press 'Forgot Password' and complete your email to reset your password. 

4. Complete your card details and confirm the payment.

5. Your child sponsorship will be automatically updated and the payment will be send to your sponsored child.
